MY COMMENTS:
This is the second portrait of Megan, the first portrait was unfortunatly marked with a spot of grease. The first took about 8 hours the second about 4 hours.
the images are the photo ref pic and the two portraits produced from it.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
I would be interested in any and all feedback from members, please be as free as you like .
It would be interesting to know how i should price this and any of my other work.

I think you need a lot more practice so I'll send you a photo of my granddaughter to practice on and then you can return it to me for free ..

LOL .. sorry, couldn't resist .. you know I'm kidding .. this is drop dead knock out great .. price it like a professional piece because it is very professional.

pencil art moves into a direction that gets very picky
You are well beyond me there!
I would like to tease you into rectangles full of color:
try oil pastel or oilstick or acrylic paint.

I am impressed by how you reduce the color image to
pencil and lose no feature. like capturing form.
next learn to release essence, try color.

Thank you, artbabe21 and pero lane for your kind words.
As for colour like jerryW has suggested, i have tried water colour and enjoy it imensly, however i find that due to very tight time constraints it is easier to carry around a pencil and paper.
Thank you all again David.:)
