View Full Version : Landscape Sketch - Last Summer

I've been down with the flu for a week or so and
....as I slowly emerge back into the main stream
... I'm impressed with how productive everyone has been!

Today's offering is simple, sketch from one of my favourite haunts, Presquile Provincial Park in southeastern Ontario.

8" by 10" Rembrandt, Richeson, Sennelier pastels on sandpaper.
C&c's welcome but be gentle I'm in a fragile state:wink2:

Lovely. It invites me to take a walk down the road, just to see what is around the corner. I really like your soft touch.

Oh, this is inviting, Leslie! It offers peace and quiet and some much-needed alone time with nature. I hope you're up and around and feeling much better!

It's free and loose and I like it.
It may be a sketch but it looks
like finished painting to me.

This is so beautiful..I want to go there. I love your softly lit trees.
Actually, I have been close to there. I used to live in Southern Ontario and passed by Presquile Point several times by boat.

If this is ye work whilst in a "fragile state", I can't imagine ye work done whilst hard charging. B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L !!!👌. I hope ye feel better soon.👍

Your painting is beautiful and mysterious and atmospheric.
I hope you are feeling better from the flu. :)
