MY COMMENTS:
This is my first completed scene in more than 20 years, so I know it has issues. It is a copy from a Colorado Mt Scene from Ways With Watercolor by Ted Kautzky. Overall it look just ok. I think I may have done too much on the distantat mountain peaks, and too many of the trees are all the same size.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
Are the values right? What works, and what doesn't?

Good start on the journey back to painting.
For the next one, I'd think about ways to use intensity to push distant objects back and bring near objects forward.

Bill makes a good point. Punch it up in the foreground. Most everything is in the same value range. Convert your painting to black and white and you will see the value contrasts or lack thereof more readily.
