Egon, I like this, but I believe you should post it in the Watercolor Gallery, not in the General Forum. I think more people would see it. You could ask Rod or Malarkey to move it for you.:)

Yes, it needs to be in the Gallery, but my husband will love it.....Budweiser is his brand of beer!!:D

Egon, it's so nice to see a picture from one of my favorite cities, and such a nice painting at that.

Just a tiny suggestion: what about putting some more paint on the ground, so that the houses look more, well, grounded?

Emilie, I'm glad that people abroad like Czech beer. I've been living in Germany for a couple of years now and of course I feel obliged to point out that Czech beer is the best every time someone does think there are better ones. ;) Unfortunately, usually at that point people ask me 'And do you drink beer?', to which I have to reply No, I don't. :) But one has to promote one's country goods, doesn't one? :)

Hi Veronica - Its a beautiful old town - but I had only a short brake to paint may be - in bigger size - when the weather is bad.

Emilie LOL - Budweiser (or another Czech origin one ) in a very old inn , some brass-music ;) a Czech girl :evil: take care on your husband:D
35 years ago I was close to surrender ;)
