'Boot Bay' - First impressions ususally come from one's subscious.
Upon reflection I'm feeling borderline fine art. On the other hand I'm feeling exquisite commercial art.
If I'm going the fine art direction ... the turquoise water could use some multiple tinting as it goes back to the deep water.
But if I'm tending towards commercial art ... I would leave the painting alone and search out a resort to buy this image.

One of the keys to the success of Tom Lynch ... "I painted an image within different times of day ... that increased my chances of selling one of the versions to that particular buyer ... based upon their own emotional responses."
And Norman Rockwell used to paint 20-30 versions of a painting before offering them to his buyers.
That drove his buyers up the wall because Rockwell worked in oils ... and the drying time delayed Rockwell's agreed upon delivery dates... sometimes up to six months.
But with acrylic ... such delays won't happen.
And with the computer ... one can run an image through the Hue-Saturation-Lightness filters in seconds... like so -
Just some thoughts on a possible series ... because the basic image is that powerful.
