Just BEAUTIFUL!

I feel three choices for the right edge of your EXCELLENT painting (no doubt there are MANY more...):

1) Continue the "scratchy" folds - even fade them off into less detail.

2) Let the cloth drape wrap toward the left and come forward - paint more detailed cloth folds in more detail.

3) Some kind of soft but active, vague wall-paper background. I'm thinking kinda like how Monet used the background in his "La Japonaise (Camille Monet in Japanese Costume)" (http://www.mfa.org/collections/object/la-japonaise-camille-monet-in-japanese-costume-33556) painting - but softer.

Not that I'm qualified to comment... This is an excellent painting already!

Peace,

Big Lew
