Is there a difference between the Talens Rembrant Holland vs the Rembrant
made in Japan?
Thanks,
Firebugy

Not sure what you are asking. Are you saying that Rembrandt pastels are manufactured in different places (Holland and Japan)? Or have they changed their place of manufacture - formerly made in Holland, now in Japan? Hopefully, if this is so, someone may chime in. I have had Rembrandts, but never checked where they were made.

Yes, I found Rembrants made in both Holland and Japan. I read somewhere
that they sold out to another and they are now made in japan.
The old Rembrants said Talens Rembrants and the new ones just said Rembrants from Japan. Was searching ebay and boxes are different. Thats what I was wondering.

OK, I just found out that Royal Talens (Holland) has operations in several countries and they have new packaging. Should be the same .
Hope I didn't confuse anyone as I myself was.

Bruynzeel (a pencil company from Holland) was bought by Sakura (Japan) a few years ago, maybe that's what you read. But Talens are still the same.

Talens was also acquired by Sakura.
