View Full Version : How Do I Get Help From Corel (Painter)

Painter X and Painter 2015 no longer launch after letting Microsoft upgrade me from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I went to the Corel website but it seems they don't want to admit there were any versions of Painter before Painter 2016. Can anyone help me? I already tried reinstalling both programs. Painter X fails with an error message claiming "Line 1 error" "Bad color" something or other. Painter 2016 doesn't launch at all.

I appreciate any suggestions.

Oh dear! I suggest you look for a Corel forum.

I had a problem with Paintshop Pro X7 when I upgraded to W10 so I contacted Customer Support by email. They eventually replied with a Key.
