NO,the buildings are to tight for the foreground!

truly the bldgs are well done enough to be in an illustration, the bottom 2/3 however has much of the interdimensional flux that makes modern painting a door to something missing in everyday life.

harness this and you will go far.

Yep,the foreground is special,it has something extra; feeling!
an artist touch.
The buildings are normal,you get what you see.not worthy of a second look.

I love the foreground, very dramatic, lots of movement. Maybe you don't need the buiding.
