We would like each participant to post ONE of your own images selected from all the WDEs you have done in 2015, in this thread!

Pick your favorite, your best, your worst, your breakthrough, your experiment, whatever you want, but just one. You can tell something about it if you like, or just mention which WDE it was (if you still know).
And post the link if you could, would be nice too.
We'd like to keep the thread to our image postings, without commenting on each other's work this time, so the thread won't get too unwieldy. Comment-only posts will be removed.

We will stick this thread for a few months.

Btw, you can find many years' worth of WDE Hall of Fame threads Here (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1369809). It's worth a peek if you haven't seen them before!

This is from one of the WDEs that I hosted in 2015, but never had the chance to post it because I finish it far too late (few months after the WDE).

From Lisilk's hosting in November (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1393478)

Most of my 2015 entries were digital and done within an hour - I do like that digi's stop me getting 'tight'!

This is 'River in Autumn' - a beautiful reference with the mist rising and the autumnal colours .

This is from KreativeK's WDE of Nov 20th. I did a couple of images for that one, but the chihuahua is my favorite. And probably the only piece for a WDE that I completed in under two hours.

This is my flamingo from KreativeK's week, 22 May. Linky (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1380155)

This was the first picture I'd drawn with a dip pen without preparatory sketching. I just went for bright colours with this one.

from June 19th by Susan (surob)...

i really like the simple yet unusual compositional balance here... simple bold brush strokes and linear definition like this are how i have been trying to paint lately. nice when one turns out as expected once in a while :wink2:

acrylic on 8 X 10 canvas.

From Nov 6 WDE by Dewi.
Burnt Bangkok with a blowtorch, burn pen and fluid acrylics. The silhouette of cityscape against the sunset worked for this approach, even with a natural knot in the wood that looks like another sun..http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/20-Apr-2016/103252-image.jpeg
