Great job for a first attempt. Super portrait. She has beautiful dark eyes.

I would just like to suggest that you think about the kinds of marks that you make when you are drawing. Try to vary them a bit - broad strokes, thin lines, press hard/soft, make quick or slow marks. Make the way you use your medium as interesting as your lovely subject.
