Just spent 5 days in Sedona. Beautiful area. We did visit the art center and so enjoyed the art on display. Very few pastels so it's nice to see this event. My art association here in NJ is based in one large room in old house so I was a little jealous to see the beautiful center. If you enter, please share a photo. Pam

Thank you for your support. Every year, APAA looks forward to producing our annual show in Sedona, one of the most beautiful and spiritual locations on planet earth. Sedona is the gateway to the Grand Canyon and the National Parks of the State of Utah. Traveling from Phoenix, the sixth largest city in the United States, visitors can stop in towns such as Cottonwood, Jerome, and Oak Creek. Along the 2 hour drive from Phoenix on I-17 N, travelers to Sedona can stop for side visits the National Historic Monuments of Tuzigoot and Montezuma's Castle in the Verde Valley. This is APAA's first year to offer and Open Invitation to all pastel artists with an address within the State of Arizona or to entrants who are current APAA members. Membership application is open to everyone. We hope wetcanvas readers will take a few minutes to visit our APAA website which includes a monthly newsletter and information regarding our upcoming shows and workshops.
