the combo of mark making, soft and strong, curve and angle, i like it, i see many things in it and perhaps strangely, mostly i see a violently beating heart. this may or may not conflict with your vision/title.

something i do any time i make a diptych is to study them separately to make sure they can stand alone if a buyer chooses to display them apart. have you done that? hung them side by side with space between to see if they can hold their own?

La.... I am glad you like what I have going on here so far...
I have separated them , and the right panel does not stand well without the left.
I think I have work to do.... but I feel like it is really nice , it's hard for me to go back to some of these abstracts and push on....

fair, i hear what you're saying.
consider putting each alone where you can see it fairly regularly. if it speaks to you of a change and you agree, do it, if it doesn't, don't, but it'd give it about a month to figure it out before you decide to do nothing. no pressure, paintings are very patient unless you've got a client waiting.
