Acrylics on paper. Only Charlie is glued on. So, Some may want to call it collage.

My immediate reaction is that "Charlie" is a bit androgynous..
maybe a female
mebbe a male
acting as a man
or acting like a woman
or both
or something else altogether
a costume for a weekend
a costume for a show
a costume to hide behind

love the mystery of this
and of Charlie

Hey there Greggo, my gut tells me that you did not look at the bottom right hand side. But then again, maybe you did...

When I titled this, I remembered "Where's Waldo" which I used to play with my kids a long time ago.

lol..my second reaction was where's Waldo. My first was ...this is wonderfully fascinating and whomever Charlie is, I love him. Nice aside, Charlie at the bottom

well.....don't I feel like a dunce>
I did NOT see old CC in the corner.
very clever HW, very very clever

I have taken phots of folks who were not easily identifiable once I got home.
looking at their portrait in Photoshop,
I really was not sure about their gender ID
and Charlie could be a woman or a man
so I'll stand by my original first impression...

Yes, those eyes are hypnotic. Love Charlie too.
JMW Turner had a habit of sticking bits on to his canvas:

What a wonderful way to indicate his or her name by putting in a photo as a collage
