MY COMMENTS:
Another painting in my Sunset Silhouette series. This is my first painting where I have actually had a story in mind. While I prefer working with oil, due to the fact that I am a somewhat slow painter, I feel that working with acrylics is helping me to work faster and more efficient.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
I'll take any advice and look forward to any critique. As with the other two "Sunset Sulhouette" pics I have posted so far, I am really curious how I should classify these paintings. Landscape, surreal, etc. I'm not sure.

I'd say surreal. The only thing that seems a bit off to me is the shadow under the two upper clouds on the sky and the fact that they are highlighted both on the top and the bottom. Pick one light source and stick with it if you can. If the largest cloud went behind the trees all the way across instead of halfway, it would be more organic for me. I like the bottom of that cloud much more than the other two.

Otherwise, very nice horizon work and adds a lot of interest.

What was the story that you had in mind?
"Fall from grace" implies a loss of some kind, or some kind of transgression.
