Haven't posted lately but have been busy painting so felt I should share at least one recent work. I did this for the Spring Show at my art association. I did a fun one, since it seems professionals always win so no sense stressing over it. I did win the student show this year where anyone that took a class during the year could enter as long as not a teacher. There were 77 entries so I felt proud.

Please forgive glare on picture. Done on pastelmat wth an assortment of soft pastels. This is my neighbor's collie.

Thanks for looking.

Congratulations, Pam! What an honor! Even with the glare, I'm greatly impressed by your color choices.

Thanks Karen. It was fun to paint the dog in purple, turquoise, blue and orange. I'm doing a yellow lab on the beach now. Pam

I love the colours in this Pam, they are beautiful! It certainly projects fun and has a bit of a quirky feel to it to me ... I love it ... well done!

Congratulations Pam. Nice work on the collie. The colors, the sea. I love the way you did the sand.
