Black and so many variations ,what a hard painting but how effective :)
What type of plane is it? :)

One of my favourite Voodoos. Would have been interesting to put the replacement nose on this one that it wore after a minor mishap. Very effective light on the bottom of the plane.

Thank you guys.
For those who don't know- Canada used this one and only F-101 on loan from the US, specially modified as an electronic warfare platform. It was known as the EF-101 and used only by 414 Sqn "Black Knights" and given a rather attractive coat of gloss black paint. The replacement nose section (just forward of the canopy) that D'Arcy refers to was due to a nose gear collapse and was left in natural metal for quite some time, but was eventually painted black as well.
