View Full Version : Poor Customer support from ArtistNetwork Tv

i have purchased a vip subscription from Northlight shop on last saturday Order No. 500304137. My account got debited, but i am unable to access the artistnetwork TV and Artist Magazine. I was continuously trying to reach the customer support but nobody taking up the call. I sent a mail, till now no reply.. i m very much disappointed with this kind of poor customer support..
Seems i have wasted my money...
