Oil on canvaspad between 60 and 90 minutes
first try at zornpalette with yellow ochre, cad red, black and white (fun)
I took the picture at a wrong angle so thats why you see some stuff on the right, sorry about that.

great work with the Zorn pallette, it is hard to paint without blue!

Great sense of movement in the foreground inviting the viewer to gaze at the church. Well done!

Thanks everybody for the nice supporting comments. It's so motivating. I have drawn/painted a lot more than usually since I actively participate here.
I'm gonna try this palette a bit more. The limitation of color choices is quite liberating.
@ tyree. the black (ivory) goes for blue so it's not entirely without blues.
I do have no sense of perspective. I realy should do more exercices on it. I can dwell for hours on the form of eyes, lips, noses, hair but a simple square church is just not possible without crooked walls and that road'll better have no cars on it or they might fall of :lol:

Very nice, I love the changes in texture between the trees and the cathedral, and how you've included the sunburst too. Well done - the palette sounds challenging!

Zorn painted some beautiful work with that palette. Worked well for him and it looks great here.
