Reeves Acrylics. Was following a color theory video on youtube. I really did not want to throw away the piles of mud, so .... :)

I like the colors in this.. has a very earthy feel to it :)

good job on the roundness (sp?) of the urn.
chain links are a bit rough but painterly.

I might try this one again. What did everyone interpret from what they saw (ignoring the title)?
Thanks for the compliments. I threw away the Reeves acrylics after this painting. No amount of stirring the paint with a palette knife would take the gumminess and scabbing out of it. Next I will use the Galeria's I have. My wife is wanting to try acrylics. I read that Chroma Ateliers are really good (and you can get them in big tubes). What are your opinions on them?

I like the colours and the form, but I have to admit I don't know what the round thing is. It looks like a vase or urn.
