This is another palette knife experiment, I'd say about 70% or so is palette knife. This is a small one, just 8" X 10"

I love this, it feels very peaceful. I hope someday to conquer the pallette knife technique, but it uses a lot of paint. I just love the texture here.

Really good texture on the building and great sense of depth I. The foliage, especially on the right side.

Great texture and colour in the greenery. I also think the right side tree could do with the same treatment as the left side to give it balance, if not make that the more prominent tree, and draw the eye across left to right.

Love the strong contrasts in this and that tree on the right is exceptional - IMHO!

That's a very nice painting David,, i love the feel of it.. you captured the mid day light perfectly!
