Sorry to be so late but at least I have got to play this week. I was doing this yesterday with my weekly art get together and one of the group asked me where it was and I said I dunno, somewhere in Canada I think. He then said he had been there and went on to describe his visit there, Small world isn't it and getting smaller by the minute.
This is acrylic on canvas 12 x 16 inches and took 2 hours of fluffing around to get to this point. I had difficulty getting the dimensions right and kept going over and over it. I should have drawn it up first I think. I still like the idea of it and want to take it further. I doubt that I will get back to it this week though.

I like your colours and it's an interesting composition too with the big windows. I hope you keep going with it :)

The looseness approach had an attractive quality. :)

I hope you're done and are not going to keep working on it! It's perfect as is. Love your style.
Tell your art buddy that the photo was taken in Fernie, B.C. on the west side of Canada and I seriously doubt that he was there. The only reason we were was to visit Barry's kids and grandkids. It's not a destination for anyone!!

I like the almost-abstract look of this Christine.
