I like this portrait. She has a really strong profile and you have captured a lovely, amused expression on her face.

I feel I would like to see a bit of detail in the shoulder area as it looks a bit unfinished (to me).

Very nice for a first portrait

The anatomy of the face has been placed in well; I agree with Sandra about the shoulder area.

My only other comments would be just suggestions to give it more "punch"; like values from light to dark in the facial anatomy, and rendering the hair in masses, rather than a lot of lines, with regards to the value changes there also.
