i love to paint on canvas boards/panels. it has the perfect flexibility and weight for me, but if I want to paint a bigger piece lets say bigger than 80x60 cm (32''x24'') I'm not able to find any canvas boards on sale. the only solution is buy a large piece of masonite wood, cut it and stick a cotton canvas to it while I try to be as perfect as I can.

why arts suppliers dont make big canvas panels?

(if anybody knows an online supplier that sell that kind of boards please let me know!)

I buy/use 24"x36" panel from Fredrix. Bigger I make my own. I am sure all on-line suppliers carry them.

Why not just paint on the masonite?
