View Full Version : Coral Seascape
I usually work with oils and recently have been experimenting with acrylics. I last posted in the abstract forum, and I believe this painting could be considered an abstract as well. It's done entirely with acrylics. It is actually two large canvases, each measuring 20x30, to be hung side by side. I'm figuring each should be able to stand alone as a separate painting, as well as the whole. Please give me your critique and comments.

Lovely work. I love anything related to the sea. The colors and textures you used are very intriguing.
I congratulate you on transitioning so smoothly from oils to acrylics. It's not easy to do (I speak from experience).

This is wonderful!
Thank you for all your kind replies. This has encouraged me to keep working with acrylics even though I find it so much more challenging than oils!
