A pretty good painting coming from a dizzy artist!
The buildings definitely have that urban look; it is nice to see some of the landscape in the background as well. Nice complementary use of colors for the buildings and the land behind them. I find that I am really drawn to the windows. Trying to figure out what is behind the glass and what is reflected in the glass can be an interesting exercise that is best left to the viewer!

I think I recognize this one, but I'm going to give it two thumbs up again. Really great composition with the landscape visible beyond the old buildings.

Beautiful work, definitely the flavor of the southwest. Gary
Well done! The southwest light is captured nicely and the viewer can feel the desert heat radiating off the red brick wall!

Great work Derek! In paintings like this, any mis-alignment, perspective mistakes show up - and you did it perfect! - Heck - Arizona ain't nuthin' - I was born at 10,200 ft (Leadville, Colorado)
