This summer, my wife and I took Amtrak across country to Glacier National Park. We saw a lot of amazing countryside on our way out there. I snapped a photo of this scene through our window, and finally got around to painting this weekend.

11x14 inches on canvas panel.

I love this! For me there is something quite compelling about it. I journeyed this summer from the west to Glacier and found the same beautiful open spaces. You've done a wonderful job capturing the vastness.

Very cool! I've never been there, but it seems that it'd be quite lonely in Winter. Love the sky, the fields, the little farmhouse.

I like how you emphasize the vastness of the place by the lines and the placement of the tiny house. This work is a fine example of utilizing the Fibonacci principle that is found all over nature!

Hmmmm, wonder where you took this. Looks familiar......lol :)

You have captured the beauty of my little part of the world!
