Robert I apply a layer of blank ink over the white board and then scratch . Fiberglass brush works better when done this way . The ink layer on Ampersand board is bit tougher to scratch with FG brush .

Robert, I find Ampersand black ink more suitable . The problem is it is available in a set with other colours . I believe that one can order a set , all black , from Ampersand
