Beautiful sky. The painting has a sense of movement.

You did all this in one hour???
Acrylics in FL sun dry quickly (as you should know!)
The sky is usually done in 30 sec or so
I use a 3/4-in flat nylon brush and very fluid paint
I block in about 10 min with a 1/4-inch flat nylon
I lay in details (such as they are) in 20 min
I fuss with tonality until the palette is solid paint and the brushes want to stick to the canvas
Whereabouts in Port Richey is that
Waterfront park at the west end of old post road.

Terrific little landscape Jim. Great sky and I really like the colours in the foreground vegetations.

I paint usually from pics. But, I did try plein aire and it is not easy. My hat is off to you. Lovely painting. Rhoda
