I posted on Scratchy Corner: been dealing with medical mysteries, hospital, testing, scary diagnosis, reversal on diagnosis to simple stuff, now back in the saddle. Also a really nasty computer virus that has curtailed my online time. I see I have lots of threads to catch up on but am adding one of my own with my latest piece. My first ink on clayboard using this technique, excited to do more. 14x11 titled "reflection"

This will be part of my Western Collection for presentation to a gallery.

Beautiful, peaceful pose, TJ. I also really like the looseness of this piece.
Glad to hear you're feeling better. Claybord is lots of fun, isn't it?

I love the quietude and meditative quality of this, TJ. Even the looseness that Sande commented on adds to the feeling of (you titled it perfectly!) reflection. Love it.

A great good morning and a big thank you to each of you, Sandra I wish I could get this looseness in my oil paintings and pastels, thank you. Martha I appreciate the confirmation of the name. Rod Definitely more play, a cowboy this time.Ginger and Angela Thanks so much. Its definitely good to be healthier and back in action, too much on the old plate to be messing around with hospitals and doctors.Laurie Thank you, I was definitely going for powerful and evocative. Harry This piece is going to lead off the presentation portfolio. fortunately this is a gallery owner who appreciates scratch art and wants to add it to his gallery.
