This is just a sketch; still needs to be inked/shaded/whatever i decide to do. But I figured I'd see if there were any suggestions before i switch to finishing mode... fire away!

When I saw the title I had an idea of where this was going. lol Still very strange.

I still find it difficult to understand how other peoples' minds _don't_ work the way mine does. I mean, for instance, this was just the most obvious possible thing from my perspective - I saw something about a shark, thought about man-eating sharks, and from there it's natural to consider what happens if you get rid of the hyphen, and there you go. And as far as how a man eating a shark would look, well - how else would he look? I just drew the image that instantly popped into my head. The only thing that I "added later" was the "Le Menu" sign; everything else was right there in the scene I saw within a few seconds of seeing the word "shark".

So honestly I can't for the life of me figure out what's so strange about it. :)

The most amusing response so far was from my dad, who saw it, looked utterly horrified, amd said, "This is really disturbing - his hand is way too small!"

Okay, now that you mention it, his hand is way too small, I think a bigger hand and fork would help...... Have you considered a bottle of Tartar sauce??? Just kidding on the tartar sauce!

I noticed that his hand was too small pretty soon after I drew it, but I rather liked the absurdly-delicate feel that came along with its diminished size.

Ha! Nice idea. the small hand adds to the nightmare comedy.
