12X12" paper on isolated plywood.
Acrylics, peacock feather, cast scarab, pearl, finding, handmade paper, gold and black mica gel.

Well done. I like how the blue bleeds into the light areas. Also, it is neat that the peacock feather supplies the color contrast.

I love this piece, Howard. It is perhaps my favorite of yours.

Somehow I think it is the diagonal part of the composition that calls to me. I don't think it would call though as much without the vertical alignment of the feather and 'Eye'. Marvelous blue tones are forming a great deal of balance against the white of the square.

I can see how easily this could slip into the favorite position for this series. Very well done Howard :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
