I really don't know what you are trying to paint here. It only reminds me of a lot of small intestines:lol:

Sorry but I agree with Lucy to me it's the painting equivalent of randomly hitting the keys on a piano for three mins and calling it a tune. I'm really not trying to be rude it's just that the painting has no real form.
That said loads can be done with this as a starting point I have made two very quick pictures under 2mins for each
steps used 1 duplicate the layer
2 change upper layer mode to difference
3 move that layer slightly to give coloured effect
4 merge the layers
5 apply a levels or curves adjustment to perk it up
6 apply a filter.. first picture a marble filter used then an interesting part was cropped out and resized
6b a kalidascope filter applied

My aim with this is to encourage people to think outside the box a bit and experiment never give up on a picture until it's proved to be hopless

we realise that it is a WIP but as lucy said without knowing what you want to end up with it's very hard to suggest additions or ways to achieve your end goal..Is it an abstract? or some sort of landscape? or? or?...Did you plan the picture or just go with what came up and get lost.
Regards Rob

I think it would help if we knew a little more about your process and what software you were using. To me, it looks like the paint tubes in art rage.
If you are going for abstract, I think it needs a lot more color. Just my humble opinion, I like a lot of color anyway, but abstract work to me just doesn't make it without a lot of color.
I like the texture and 3dimensionality of the paint blobs, intestines or whatever they are.
Don't get discouraged, play with some more and post an update for us.
