started with a generic glove created from a phot I took:
then after spending a LOT of hours learning how to create this on Photoshop Elements 8
what a fun thing to do on a rainy day
and now I know how to create some graphics
sort of a retro-graphics theme
am adding it to my prints for sale collection
I might try another with the hands facing out:confused:

Nice...reminiscent of a puzzle I remember from elementary school. Was only a few pieces, but devilish to put together. But, this is not derivative of that puzzle. This is different. Just noticed a slight familial resemblance. Nice!

This just jumps out, and says to me, "What is going on here?!" For some reason I think of an ad for an Atari game.

Reminds me of a off kilter Warhol piece. Creation potential is endless from here!

nice piece, I read it symbolically as well, the hand glove suggesting an open mouth, a cycle of consumption, possibly art being self-referential (the allusion to pop art). just a thought...

Jody--Thanx fer lookiting
Never crossed my mind that it could be a puzzle- sort of one of those tests they give to see if you were able to work on an assembly line
or if you might be mentally ill in some manner or the other...
(I took one once and failed it ....)

nearly drove me crazy trying to use all 5 colors in ways they did not touch each other .....but I am terrible at Rubic's Cubes, too.

Warhol was absolutely the main influence, along with several others from that era whse names I would have to look up.
I really love graphics- color-line-simplicity

took three tries before I got your name right!!!
WOW! You really caught some of what I was thinking (late at night) as I was creating this, after painting all and sucking oil fumes my mind starts to wander in the wee hours
and I was playing a tape (really- I have cassettes) ofMahler--really loud--as it should be played---while working on this
Pop Art always had deep undercurrents of philosophy
just hard to recall what they are in the morning after
