Certain birds disturb my soul
Their freedom is not mine
Will I ever rise or fall
I'm still waiting for a sign

Watercolor and oil pastels on paper, small.

a title that just invites a poem or lyrical wandering..

this painting seems wistful,
deeper than wistful
she looks far beyond a few birds
she sees her life for what it is

she is alone in the crowd
all dressed up and no where to go
wrapped in red
she is as blue as the room

beautiful painting

Yellow thought
Of pink of heart.
Of blue in the haze.
The kiss of doves
Of wings out stretched.
Move on cool morn of day.

What an exquisite piece Hairy. Wow.

And when I hear that wondrous sound
I'm weightless in the air
Mysterious music all around
And so much love to spare

Greg and Nikki, you make me wanna fly.

And now they're gone without a trace
And left me high and dry
They'll put a smile upon her face
And now I know exactly why

Friday morning, kinda poetic.....

The haze of blue,
is standing still,
With key to home and hearth,
Where birds have plucked
his plumage and pecked away his heart.

Poor blue haze
of cold cool morn.
She's swirling in the breeze.
Whilst eating lollipops and jelly tots
and twirling from the trees.

Friday morning rants...............

As she twirls,
and dervishes,
from branch to twig to leaf.
She turns blue haze a baffling
The ground she turns to pink.

this piece should always have poetry and beautiful music when viewed.

I am averse
to attempting verse,
no matter how terse.
My words are clumsy
Next to the glory
Of the woman in red.

pensive white gloved hands
red figure flight apparent
two doves fight for fish

Oh people full of verse
The lady in red
The blue birds
And the wolf
Are very grateful

Thought provoking, and contemplative, this is a cool piece.
