a true non-objective piece that each of us can attach our own personal meaning to...
and no matter that none of us can possibly come close to the thoughts in the artist's brain at the moment of creation.
I am going to just lean back in my chair and admire the compositional elements, textures, mark-making, and subtle layers and hints of hues and colors.
and I am enjoying this

I really love this style of work, the marks, the grungy feel, the abstract atmosphere... truly a great piece.

Have come back to look at this one several times and must admit it is thrilling. Every brush stroke/mark seems to have a reason and purpose. IMHO very well done.
I really like the seclusion of the bottom with the surface images that member the top. Depth and flat, excellent.

Great job. I'm imagining the affluent side and the poverty ridden side of a road or a wall. The order and elegance of the shapes on the top and the desolation and simple grunge of those on the bottom create quite a dichotomy indeed.

nice composition. it has a great calming effect and the circular feel draws me in.
