Many members are reporting issues with getting a banned IP message. We are working to resolve this problem, but rebooting your modem in the meantime seems to help. Please try that, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

I have tried rebooting the MODEM several times without result. I'm today using the PC in a library far from home. Hope this can be resolved.

It seems many members are being excluded when they visit their profile and try to change their password or email. Best to contact me or ~JON with a password or email change request.

Well, I'm back, with help from Yorkie. I managed to get a new IP address but my experience was that our old one was not cancelled until over 24 continuous hours with our MODEM off the internet had passed. As Yorkie suggests above, I'd changed my password and then could not get in.
