Thanks for hosting Maurine. I chose this beautiful ref because I want to get some practice with buildings and landscapes and I sure need it. The second is a crop from the same image and they are both gouache on paper 170x235mm and it took just under 2 hours for both.

You've caught the heat of the day/summer beautifully Christine - as well as the beauty of the place. I love the zoom in to the figures - it's worked really well!

Lovely paitings Chrsitine - i Love how you capture the moment with the people in the Park and the colors you've used in 'Bourton' has an old world look.

Beautiful paintings Christine. I love how you have brought your lovely colours into your gouache .Makes me want to pull out my seldom used tubes.
