I felt like doing something moody and soft today, so...
MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
Stuck for a title! Does anyone have any ideas?

how many layers do you have here.
I dont have a name or title....effective fog and morning dew. you sure know how to make paint glow.

Dianne, I didn't really layer this. I just kept mixing colors on the canvas until it looked like this. The main colors for the peachy mist are shell pink, cad yellow medium (which makes it glow) and titanium white. I also brushed a bit of strontian yellow and ivory white in there to brighten areas. I basically wanted the crane in the foreground to look like it was floating on light.

How can you take something so simple and make it so very perfect? I really love the warm, early morning colors and the expression of the heron.:clap: :clap:

Wes, Ive never used the pink or yellow. You work them together to make magic. thanks for your recipe

Thank you all for your responses and suggestions. My wife recommended "Through the Mist," and that's the title I will be using.
