And I still need help with taking photos of my paintings. They look fuzzy :crying:

Yikes! This is sinister! I love it. So dramatic, that peeling, rusting heavy pair of doors, the chain, the padlock. This painting has a plot in it. I'd almost hazard a guess you could sell it as a cover painting for a thriller. Or do one based on it. Or write one based on it, on who's hostage behind those rusting doors. That is so powerful an image. Go you! Definitely a story in this one! A rough story with a lot of action.
Or something sadder and truer, entropy and defensiveness combined. The new lock on the rusty old doors.

Amazing how a painting like this can produce a vast array of different emotions. Nicely painted and great idea!

I really like the old rustiness of the door and the latch, so well portrayed, against the newness of the padlock and chain. Great!
I bet Robert is now writing a book around this painting!
