for specifics reasons, I an learning at home.

Tom Lynch on PBS was the first time I had ever seen tube wtaercolor used and caused me to try it out. In high school (the only plkace I have actually got any ART training) we only used pan watercolors and I guess it just didn't intrigue me then.
Another source of good video instruction is Terry Madden's Watercolor Workshop. He has a half hour PBS show too.
