I am painting a reproduction of Van Gogh's "Wheat Field Under Thunderclouds". I have done much research and looked at many photo references to try to get accurate colors. I have been unsuccessful. The photos all have a range of hues. Does anyone have any advice on this. Should the sky be Ultramarine Blue or Prussian Blue? He used Prussian Blue on the Wheat Field with Crows. Also, are the fields mostly greens or are there yellows in there?
I would appreciate any help with this. I have started the painting, but just not sure that it is going in the right direction.

In a book called "Techniques of worlds great painters" they say Van Gogh used at least these colors:

-Cadmium yellow
-Ultramarine
-Cobolt blue
-Emerald green
-Lead white
-Vermillion
-Madder
-Cobolt violet
-Earth colors
-Viridian green
