Love the freshness and spontaneity of your work!

Couple comments that you can ignore: In the 1st, I would consider showing the building at an angle so we see the side receding toward the center of the painting (in 2-point perspective, in other words). This would let us enter the picture better, rather than have the building seem to be a big stop sign. In the 2nd, I would consider combining some of the shapes so that there is less of a scattered feeling.

The colors are bright and fresh and I like the style of combining line and tone! Feel free to ignore the critiques!

Dark thanks I did these an plein air and I appreciate the comments I have them sitting for a rework, so this definetly helps

I have merged these two threads for you, as they are the same subject - and the forum policy is one thread. I expect you didn't realise that adding to an older thread brings it to the top of the forum again!

Having more trees, overlapping barn, helped to create some depth, which is good. Don had good suggestions. Keep painting and having fun!
