I did this mostly to sharpen my painting abilities...very tedious work...lol
After I stopped I had to free myself from the tyranny of all that concentration.
So I did a quick loose watercolor and I felt better...:)
I used micron pens for the lines.
It was fun though..all cc welcome.
Thanks,
John

John, I don't know how old you are, but there used to be a magazine in doctor's offices called Highlights for Children (they may still be published) that had really complex drawings with all kinds of objects embedded. I loved looking for all the different hidden items and your drawing reminds me of that :-)

Lots of concentration in both the design drawing and painting. An excellent way to work on value and color.

Thanks for the kind words, I found myself really paying attention to the design
as it unfolded. I let the shapes suggest themselves. To let Jan know.. I'm 64.:) I may do a fish next, employing what I learned in this one.
