You're getting there. The button of the nose a little wider and the mouth a little wider. Probably the width of the center of the eye balls for the mouth.
Can't wait to see the progress.

thoughts on how to make her appear younger ...
The strong jaw, the hollow cheeks and the long chin and nose make her look not so young.
And the eyes a bit more open would help.

I think Klecks gave you great advice. The sharp angular lines in the shading on the face as well as the elongated features age the lady.
