Thank you Kitty, Connie, oldrockchick and Richard...I do want to know if the cat needs improvement and what exactly can I do to make it better..does the basic drawing need attention? Your comments will help:-)
Thanks for your feedback!

Kish, great job on your first kitty! Maybe you could define his facial features a bit more.....the outline of his closed top eye lids and around his nose.

Lovely pastel. Agree about the nose and mouth needing some attention, but overall, it's lovely.

Very well done Kish, you caught him beautifully. Only cats can twist themselves into such awkward poses and still be so completely relaxed and comfortable.

I have a suggestion concerning the black lengths that run up the legs above the foot pads..... blend the edges out for a more natural look. Only a suggestion.
Your cat painting looks fine, Kish! :)

Aww... I just want to snuggle right up to him! Good job on making him soft and cuddly looking! I really like how you did the chair too.

The first thing I noticed was what a good job you did on the chair. The cat is good. I do not know why but cats are hard for me. Not so much the big cats but the tame ones. I think yours is good.
