Whilst the Tour de France is largely hard slog, the final sprint fury becomes exciting --- especially if the team can hold together.
Here is my impression.

Was expecting a corporate logo for Sprint! Foolish folly indeed. This is wicked. This 'gets' the forward motion, excitement, jockeying for position, blur of motion for the spectator, and more. You do feel the excitement. Very cool!

Not much to say other than what Paul added. Wicked. How big?

So simple.
just a few quick lines.
nothing to it

-except for the years of experience
the fine eye for mark-making
perfect choice of colors
and the skill to make it look so easy

WOW! This is really a great piece!
Thanx for sharing this with us

I'm imagining this is a small piece, what size is it and what medium? You make it look easy Geoff. I am seeing well selected marks and good placement. There is a nice conveyance of motion and intensity without being labored or overdone. The background color was a good choice. Well done.

Thank you, Paul, for picking up the vibes.
and Cory --- 14.5 x 10.5in.
and Greggo --- not too much flattery, now, or my head may burst!
and Jim --- you are adding it on!
and Dave --- it is painted in acrylics on CP paper but watercolour style. I am glad I resisted showing any indication of spectators.
Thank you abstracta and Betsy for your support.

Nicely done! I have kids and friends who are avid cyclists and I recognized the body position and flurry of movement the moment I opened the thread.
