I haven't posted for a long time because I broke my wrist early in the year and I am only just getting back into regular painting sessions. This was done in bits and pieces in between watching bits of the men's Wimbledon final and finished off today. I'm not sure how long I spent on it, probably about 2 hours all told.

Great background and bird. Love your choice of color. Really depicts how well these birds blend into their background in real life:)

The hummer looks completely natural with that background, Irena !

Nice interpretation. The soft colours are great. So was Wimbledon :)
