Hi Christine! That looks a fabulous trip you've been on!
Two Elvii seen as a colouring book something in the style of Ralph Steadman's illustrations to Hunter S. Thompson's 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'.
The best Elvis imitator I've ever seen was Pete Shep who used to perform in the Steam Packet on Scarborough South Bay and may still do for all I know.

Pen and watercolour, 20 x 15 inches, inside the two hours.

A high def version of this is available at:

Ahh Harry, that's wonderful. I was hoping you would join in. I was unfamiliar with this work but I have looked it up and will have to get a copy. It sounds like something that would appeal to my slightly twisted sense of humour.
We have a country town in NSW that has a special day every year where the streets are awash with Elvii. They come from everywhere across the country and it makes the news every year if you can believe it, and has boosted the towns coffers back into the black so they say.

Fabulous characatures of the Elvii
We have our own Elvis legend here name Rory Allen, who many yrs ago came in 5th at the Elvis competition in Graceland, and has performed with the Jordanairres several times and recorded with them too, he has several CDs out with Elvis music and he and his wife have done so much fundraising with their Elvis impersonator business over the past 20 yrs.
