Took this pic 20 min ago, while I stoped for a cupa.

Same here. It's looking great, and Jim even has the same palette as I do.....albeit much, MUCH cleaner ;)

Finished article, the Destroyer is HMS Gabriel, Battleship Queen Elizabeth class. late WW1
watercolour 15 x 10 inches, the Camel is 15mm

Cool idea - can you do wet-in-wet with this while it is drying, or does it need to do a complete dry before you use it?

I would imagine you can do wet in wet, I haven't tried, although I suppose I have, by re wetting after the paper has tightened.
Sorry to be confusing, but I suppose the answer is Yes.
